These people have difficulty coping with stress. They often require treatment from mental health practitioners.

Follow a routine of Day.
It will help you to plan the day and take out time for yourself. Not only for yourself but also for your family. Planning a day will help you make the most of the next day.
Adequate Sleep.
An adult needs to sleep at least 7-8 hours a day. The same reflects in our blog titled ‘How to Self Care‘. Good Sleep helps the body to relax and rejuvenate. If adequate sleep has benefits then inadequate sleep has disadvantages as well. Lack of Sleep will keep you stressed.
Social Connections.
The effect of stress is reduced to a great extent if we are interacting with others regularly. We are relieved of stress if we discuss our problems with others. If not relieved of stress then at least our social circle will be able to identify the symptoms in us.
Healthy Eating Habits.
It is right to say that we are what we eat. Our food intake affects our body and mental state. A proper and nutritious diet will help us cope with stress and other diseases. Eating healthy comes with drinking an adequate amount of water. A balanced diet is what is required.
Social Media to be Avoided.
If we spend too much of our time on Social Media then it will leave us even more stressed out. These devices and apps are engineered to make us addicted. It’s better to avoid them and use them to the minimum. It is required that we limit our time on social media. This journey can start gradually.

Avoid Overthinking.
Don’t overthink the thought that is causing you stress. These will leave you even more stressed.
Cry your Heart Out.
Crying helps us to vent our feelings. It leaves us with a sense of relief. If not in open then in a private or personal space. But this can prove to be a major stress buster.
Declutter your Mind.
This can be done through meditation. While meditation if any thoughts come to your mind then just write them down. You will realize how our mind is a monkey mind. Try and avoid irrelevant thoughts. This entire process will help us focus on the fact that our mind is full of clutter. Sometimes pursuing your hobbies also helps to manage stress. hobbies like Photography, Running, Painting & Walking etcetera.
Exercise.
What meditation is to the mind, exercise is to the body. Exercising helps us to reduce stress in a great way. If not outdoors then some sort of exercise can be done at home also.
Say ‘No’.
We must try and say ‘No’ to any additional task that comes our way. If not in a state of doing it. Because we agree then the obligation will leave us even more stressed.
