Uphill or Downhill. Some portion of the route should be uphill as well. At the same time the entire route should not be uphill. It may case excessive strain on muscles and may lead to early stamina drain.
Age group. It can be undertaken by people of all age group up to 60 years. It is observed that people aged more than 60 years also run. Though it depends on case to case.
When to go for run. Usually the morning hours are good for running. Pre dinner run has its own benefits. If running after dinner is to be done then one should have light dinner.
